Individual therapy

Individual therapy has the advantage of allowing you to work on your growth or challenges at your own pace. During individual sessions, you can open up in a safe environment and receive support for your specific concerns. In this way, your problems transform, your awareness grows, and your potential develops to its fullest.

Individual therapy can be conducted in Dutch, French or English.


Breathwork

In a breathing session, you are guided to deepen your awareness of your natural breathing pattern and explore whether there are blockages from traumas or life experiences where suppressed feelings and emotions have been unconsciously stored in your body. During the session, the healing power of your breath is activated to create a new physical, mental-emotional, and spiritual balance. Additionally, you will learn about the influence of your nervous system on your breathing and receive exercises to quickly bring your body back into balance when under stress.

Group therapy 

The advantage of group therapy is that you can use the feelings and any tension that arise within the group as "practice material." In this way, you can learn from each other’s experiences, as well as from the recognition, sympathy, and possibly anger that may develop within the group. The closer the group becomes, the greater the effect of the therapy.

Meditation

Meditation helps reduce stress, alleviate physical discomfort, transform anxiety, and bring more peace and balance into your life. However, it requires focus, as you simply can't stop thinking. During meditation sessions, you will learn to focus on your body and breath, allowing your thoughts to transform. You will also receive support with any blockages and learn which postures are optimal for you to maintain the long-lasting effects of these meditations.

Personal coaching

A growth journey tailored to you.

You will be supported in the development of your self-awareness, your identity, your talents and potential, enhancing your quality of life, and realizing your dreams and aspirations, all over the course of one year. You will actively engage through specific assignments, meditations, and exercises, supported by an online training program, coaching sessions, and therapy. Everything is tailored to your individual needs. In a one-year personal development journey, you will schedule regular appointments either online via video call or at the practice in Borgloon.

The type of coaching we offer is based on the belief that the solution lies within our clients. Our clients come to coaching sessions to discover self-awareness that provides them with the answers they need to move forward and achieve their goals.

The coach provides a safe, supportive environment where awareness can emerge. As clients go through the coaching process, they learn more about themselves. As their awareness increases, they become able to find solutions on their own.
